Sarah + David

Sarah and David’s wedding in New York was a picture of romance with garden-style florals and beautiful hand-painted illustrations. The theme for their day was “Happy Campers”. The phrase happy camper has been used by Sarah’s dad throughout her entire life to refer to Sarah’s mood. She was either a happy camper… or not! When Sarah met David, she used the phrase happy campers to describe moments in their relationship— from cooking delicious dinners to road tripping adventures, to trekking in Torres Del Paine, Patagonia. How cute is that?!
Their wedding weekend was designed for all happy campers to relish in the joy of being together for the whole weekend. Sarah’s step mom hand painted and designed so many thoughtful details, from the invitations to the veggie and herb wedding themed table names and escort cards – hand stuffed seed packets which also doubled as favors!
The couple incorporated many meaningful Jewish traditions into their Cedar Lakes Estate wedding day, including their Ketubah, handcrafted by Sarah’s step mother. A Tisch and Bedeken before the ketubah signing started the wedding off with singing, dancing and story telling, followed by the hora to kick off the reception.
We are absolutely in love with these two and their romantic, whimsical wedding!
