Below is what you can expect from our team on the days leading up to your wedding.
01 Timeline &
Shot List
We believe that having a strong foundation for the day helps inform other vendors and keep things on track. We create a rough photography timeline shortly after booking, and share our shot list template with you. This is where you can house your details noted, and mood boards linked. We’re here as a resource if you need to connect about timeline or have any questions about how we’ll take on your day. We like to schedule a photography timeline review 4-6 weeks before your wedding day.
Shortly after booking, we also like to make sure we have your engagement session on our calendar. We only take on a limited number of sessions per month so even getting something penciled in is best! Below are tips to help prepare for your engagement session with our team.

03 Albums
We truly believe that your photos deserve to be printed and held. our wedding collection includes a modest highlight album with the first 20 pages (10 spreads).
Your album process begins 2-3 months before your wedding day. This may seem early but this helps get your album to you as soon as your full gallery is read. Below is more information about our albums and our process.
04 Timeline Review
We like to review your timeline, photo priorities, and shot list with you about 4-6 weeks before your wedding day. This is where we’ll go over the big and little details of your day together. Just reach out if you’d prefer to connect sooner!
05 The Night Before / Welcome Dinner & Drinks
The joy of your wedding extended beyond the day itself. We love capturing the entire weekend’s story and capturing your immediate family, wedding party, and out-of-town guests more intimately and weaving it into your wedding narrative.

06 The Wedding Day
Be present, you worked so hard for this moment the day goes by quickly!
07 The Album Reveal
At your reveal appointment you’ll meet with our team and see your full wedding gallery for the very first time. Make sure you both are available and put aside atleast 2 hours to enjoy this experience. You’ll also create your wedding album to love for years to come.
08 Photo Hosting / Timeline of Photos
Sneak peeks will come a few days after your wedding. Your full gallery is ready 8-12 weeks after your wedding. Once the gallery is live, you are able to access high-resolution, unwatermarked jpgs. The day is typically divded into chapters to easily navigate your images.
You can share this link with friends and family members where they also have access to download your photos. They will need to create their own account and unique password to do so.
There is a hide function in your gallery if you wish to keep some photo private.
Be sure to download your images to multiple locations for safekeeping.
09 Additional Coverage
Many couples will add on additional services as we get closer to their wedding. Below are starting at rates for additional services if not already included in your collection.
